Right of withdrawal – 14 days
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next weekday.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You can easily initiate a return or cancellation directly through your customer account under "My Orders" — no contact with us required. You can also cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The original packaging must be intact
- The return is initiated within the 14-day period via the customer account
Return shipping:The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Refund: made within 14 days after we receive and approve the return, via the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
